Computer Tips - I am a desktop users, how do I change the image on the Windows lock screen?

Date: 2014jan19 OS: Windows 7+ Q. I am a desktop users, how do I change the image on the Windows lock screen? (This is the screen you see when the PC is locked and right after boot. It displays the time and date.) A. There is a "PersonalizATION" area in the desktop control panel that does not have a place to change this screen. Its only available in the "personalIZE" section of the app-style "PC settings". If you are the desktop:
Press Windows-I to get into the "Settings" Click on "Change PC settings" at the bottom Click on PersonalIZE Click on Lock screen Its pretty obvious from there.
