This is the feature where it stops play and switches on ambient sound when you sneeze or cough (or speak). I am not aware of a way to permanently disable it - only how to disable it for the current session (ie cycling power forgets the disabling). To disable speak-to-chat for a session: - Touch 2 fingers to the outside of the touchpad (on the right speaker) and move them towards each other at the center (while touching). You should hear a spoken confirmation that the setting has changed. OR - This is a setting in the app.
