dnf remove google-noto-sans-arabic-vf-fonts

it will remove package google-noto-sans-all which is too much and annoying. Here is a way to just remove one language:

rpm -e --nodeps google-noto-sans-arabic-vf-fonts

It doesn't complain or try to remove anything else.
