Q. How can I make my Windows start faster?
A. I recommend a program called Startup Delayer which
can postpone the start of less-than-important programs so
you can get working sooner.

For example, a VNC server doesn't have to start the second your
PC boots. If you start it 60 seconds after that's fine. And
it avoids the rush at the very beginnning.
