Q.  My HTC magic isn't successfully booting what should I do?

A.  Sounds like you need to do a factory reset.

- Remove the battery for a minute
- Replace the battery
- Press [Home] and [<--] and will still pressing those quickly touch the red [end call] button
- You should get a menu... follow the prompts
